Kids Aerial Sling Lvl 1

Ages 7+

-Mondays at 4pm

-Tuesdays at 2:30 (starting Aug 18)

-Wednesdays at 4pm

This playful class introduces young movers to the basics of aerial sling (hammock) through strengthening, stretching, spinning, and beginner-friendly poses in the air.

With a strong emphasis on creativity, play, and exploration, kids will build strength, coordination, and confidence while developing body awareness. All in a safe and supportive environment!

Whether they’re flipping upside down or creating shapes in the fabric, each class is filled with movement, laughter, and discovery.

Kids Aerial Lvl 2

By teacher approval

-Mondays at 5:30pm (starting Aug 17)

-Tuesdays at 4pm

Has your child been doing aerial for a while, and is ready for more challenging moves? This is the space for them! We don't have an age range for this class but instead require the follow prerequisites to join.

Your child must be able to:

-straddle back

-circus seat to falling star

-hip key

-circus seat flip

-z-hang

-transition from straddle to shooting star to knees away

-infinity flips

-splits away to upside down split to standing in the swing

-candy cane

-pegasus

-cradle to mermaid

-gazelle roll-up

-twisted butterfly

Kids Lyra Lvl 1

Ages 7+

-Thursdays at 4pm

Join us for our beginner aerial hoop class!

Your child will learn essential skills including basic mounts (how to get on and off the hoop safely), beginner poses, transitions, and short movement flows.

Each class includes targeted conditioning and mobility exercises to help build the core strength, grip endurance, and body awareness needed to support their progress and keep them safe.

No prior experience is necessary!

Kids Open Studo

Ages 10+ or younger by approval

-Fridays at 4pm

Open studio provides an environment for our young flyers to practice on their chosen apparatus with proper supervision and safety.

Your child will be able to work on the moves they have learned in class throughout the week, as well as practice for upcoming performances.

It's also the perfect space for students who want to work on multiple skills in one session, as they will have the option of a hoop or hammock. There is also space for dance and tumbling practice.
